There are two tiny holes and three tiny indentations affecting first few pages on extreme lower corner which are entirely consistent with a small kitten's teeth (which is exactly what happened!). Previous owner's inscription on half-title page; some pencil underlining in introduction and Part IX only. But it is otherwise clean and crisp, tightly bound etc. A perfectly acceptable working copy.
