1st UK edition. 12mo. Numerous line drawing illustrations in text. Red cloth-covered boards; light tanned strips on endpapers, with previous owner's name, else nice, tight, clean and bright. Dust jacket rubbed and chipped at edges with c.3 inch crack along leading edge (not affecting text or picture) but complete and now made more attractive in mylar sleeve. Recollections from her Maine childhood and imaginings by the author of Mary Peters and Silas Crockett.
