In a matt, decorative dust jacket in Mystery Book Guild style (a little shelf wear & small white patch on rear). First published by John Long in 1965. The Mystery Book Guild republished leading mystery novels at the rate of two a month, building an attractively uniform series of classic crime and thrillers. Its diamond design dust jackets are both sought after and pleasing. A little gem for lovers of vintage fiction. Some of the novels in the series are now hard to find in this or any other edition.
