1st edition, 1st printing (true first). Hardback in cloth covered boards (a little rubbed and rounded on corners and around spine). Ex lending library with markings restricted to endpaper. Occasional spotting. Bastard title page mis-bound. In its original pictorial dust jacket, showing only the lightest edgewear, shelf wear and bumping at head of spine). Berrow was a popular mystery and novel writer in the early part of the 20th century. The Lady's in Danger is one of his last works. Now very hard to find titles, although some of his books have been reprinted. Original editions are scarce, even more so in their original dust jackets. This is quite a nice copy with dust jacket remarkably bright and tidy for its age.
