190pp plus publisher's adverts at rear. 1st ed, 1st printing (true first). Brown cloth boards, with Mills and Boon motif (sharp and clean, lightly rubbed at corners, rounded at spine tips). Lending sheet on front endpaper - no other library markings. In its original vintage, still bright, dust jacket (a little rubbed at edges, mildly sunned on spine and some shelf wear visible on verso). Fay Chandos was a pen name of Irene Swatridge, who wrote also under the names Jan Tempest, Virgina Storm, Theresa Charles, and Leslie Lance.
