A lovely set of six Anthony Trollope novels in seven matching volumes (Phineas Finn is complete in two volumes). All produced as part of the Oxford World Classics series in the mid 1930s, each is bound in strong blue cloth with blind stamped decorations and gilt titles to spine, top edges gilded and silk ribbon markers bound in. There is minimal wear to the boards of each and each has an inscription on the endpaper or half title, usually with a previous owner's name. Barring the odd page crease, each is clean, bright and fresh internally. Two volumes have additional details of Trollope and his writing pasted in on endpapers or reverse of half title page. A lovely set, ideal for Trollope fans. Nos. 272, 268, 298, 348, 504 and 251 in the Oxford World Classics series.
