8pp. Brown card covers, stapled booklet (card covers a little rubbed at edges, a few mild marks). Internally some very faint and very occasional spotting, else neat, clean, bright and tight. A finely presented reproduction of a newspaper article which appeared in a Harrogate local paper in 1933, giving account of one man's first experience of Harrogate's Turkish baths. Somewhat stodgily, the article describes the adventures and misunderstandings of the novice, from sitting fully dressed in his changing cubicle wondering why he hadn't started to sweat, through a brief stay in the steam room, to his turn with the shampooer. Hard to find.
