Undated, but likely 1929. Unpaginated. Quarter black cloth over paper covered boards with black titles on front and gilt titles on spine. Spine bumped at ends with cloth torn along a good portion of spine cover. Corners bumped and worn through. Covers stained and sun faded at top. Endpapers browned. Blemish on both front paste down and end paper. Internally tight and clean. Portfolio of twelve portraits by William Rothenstein, each with a captioned tissue guard. All the works were completed between 1927 and 1929, only one of which had been previously reproduced. Includes portraits of Albert Einstein, T S Elliot and George Bernard Shaw. Folio
