xxviii , 128pp. Seven illustrations including vignette. Quarter bound in green buckram over paper covered boards. Gently rubbed spine ends; slightly faded spine. Boards have general wear except at bottom front corner that has been bumped and the paper torn. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. No. 353 of a limited edition run of 527 copies. 8vo. This edition was published by Doubleday in the USA, who published the numbered copies 2 to 520 in even numbers. The remaining copies where withdrawn by Douglas Cleverdon and reprinted for him by Walter Lewis. The text of the play herein follows the first edition of 1707 except for the correction of obvious misprints.
