Not dated but c. 1900 An album of 'sun pictures' of the Dragon Parade Primitive Methodist Church, Harrogate, produced by W J Morley and Son, the architectural firm responsible for building the Church in 1900. Decorated green card cover, bound with linen cord (covers worn and rubbed at edges, especially on corners, where there are a couple of small creases, internally). Contains six Sun pictures of the Church, with interior and exterior views, one showing the associated technical college in the foreground, captioned and fully mounted on heavy card. Described as 'sun pictures', the photographs were presumably reproduced using a Calotype process based on that invented by William Henry Fox Talbot in the mid-19th century. Oblong.
