Last will and testament of Thomas Boddy of Bilton with Harrogate, proved at York on 19 June 1851. 8pp, stitched, six of which are covered with manuscript writing, detailing the dispersement of Boddy's wealth and estate upon his death. Has been folded, for a long time, into four; exposed covers tanned, soiled and chipped edges, else mostly neat and a clean barring a few small creases. 'Office copy Will of Mr Thos Boddy of Harrogate' written in manuscript on front.
