Gentle edge wear and perhaps a little faded. The front and back cover are covered with reproduced engraving of scenes of old Harrogate from the time 'Wards was first established' in the 1850s. The brochure itself would appear to be from circa. 1900, while each of the engravings is dated in the 1850s. Scenes show The Swan Hotel, Cheltenham Grounds, Queen Hotel, Prospect Place, Low Harrogate, Spa Wells, Pump Room etc. Large 8vo.
