First edition, second printing (in the same year as the true first). 256pp. red cloth-covered boards with black lettering an gunman head and shoulders motif on spine (mild mark on front board, a little rounded at base of spine). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, unclipped, with a small nick on upper edge on verso and slightly sunned spine, small chip without loss on spine). Six short stories, five of which feature Hercule Poirot and the last one, Greenshaw's Folly, Miss Marple. Text on inner flap features the 'point' typo of Marples rather than Marple.
