Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring a neat gift inscription opposite the title page. In its original dust jacket (very slightly bumped at edges). The stained glass of St Peter Mancroft in Norwich is the most important collection in a county rich in examples. This lavishly illustrated volume reconstructs the glazing of much of the eastern arm of the church using extensive documentary and antiquarian evidence, with appendixes bringing together a wealth of information on the church, its windows and their subjects, and Norwich glaziers from 1400 onwards, almost all previously unpublished. .
