A signed and inscribed black and white photograph of the English actress, Glenda Jackson, as Elizabeth I from the 1970s series, Elizabeth R. Inscribed 'To Brian, Glenda Jackson' in bold blue pen. The photograph is approximately 10 inches by 8 inches. Very gently rubbed at edges. Jackson, a twice over Oscar winner for her roles in Women in Love (1970) and A Touch of Class (1973, took a break from her acting career, serving as the Member of Parliament for Hampstead and Highgate for over 20 years. She returned to acting to acclaim, winning the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for her 2018 role in Three Tall Women.
