In blue cloth-covered boards, with gilt decoration and lettering on spine; Llanrwst County School Arms gilded onto front board. Top edge gilded. Marbled endpapers. (Boards very slightly rubbed on top corners and head of spine). Prize presentation plate on front paste down, indicating the volume as awarded to Kathleen Ellis by Llanrwst County School in 1937, else internally neat, clean and bright. A lovely vintage volume, a pleasure to hold and feel.
