Not dated but c. 1959. iv, 110pp, black and white illustrations throughout. Stapled book in card covers, with punched holes for insertion in a ring binder (card covers a little soiled, lightly rubbed at edges, oxidised around staples). The number 74 has been written in the top right corner of the front cover and there is also a previous pricing label. Internally neat, clean and tight. British Army physical training manual, covering swimming, life saving and methods of crossing water obstacle; close combat; wrestling; and boxing, from the late 1950s. (The strap line on the front cover says this pamphlet supersedes one issued in 1958).
