In stiff card, illustrated covers (very slightly rubbed on the two leading corners). Neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. 16mo, oblong format. Delightful story of a Morris Minor Woody, and a vintage car show on the village green. Dave Benn was the proud owner of all five types of Morris Minor over the years, and a life-long enthusiast. As with many owners of such classic cars, he experienced a tremendous affection that grew with these little cars. In some cases, this affection was strong that the cars were given names by his family and treated as one of them. He decided to share his joy by writing a series of children's stories, featuring various Morris Minor models and their adventures, each brilliantly illustrated by John Izod.
