124pp, colour frontispiece, with colour illustrations throughout. In pictorial boards (gently rubbed on corners, a couple of small chips, slightly faded on linen spine). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. 4to. The first of only three Bubble and Squeak Annuals, this one published for Christmas 1949, they were based on a short-lived animated television series. The frontispiece is signed CAL, likely Claude Alipscombe. A very nice copy of this now hard to find annual.
