A large and very heavy volume which will require an additional charge for overseas delivery. Small folio. Ex-reference library - the only sign of which is a small sticker placed over the library cancel box which reads "This Books Belongs to...." left blank, plus a number in red written to top edge of same page. No other markings whatsoever. Illustrated with colour and black and white photographs, diagrams and cutaways. An excellent copy of this now hard-to-find title.
