2nd printing. 126pp, with line drawings in text. In red cloth boards with gilt titles on spine (boards a little faded and rubbed at corners and spine tips). Internally a little tanning on endpapers, else neat, clean and bright. In its original, worn and edge-chipped dust jacket, with about half the backstrip chipped away, sunned around spine. An elegant, somewhat tongue in cheek collection of hints and tips on how to get away with it 'without being an absolute Plonk', 1950s style. There's a chapter, too, on Writer-ship, and sections on New Statemanship, Telephone Play and Child Management.
