Undated but circa 1955. 8pp fold-out leaflet with colour illustrations. Covers a little worn and faded else neat, some mild creasing, else clean bright and tight. Issued by the Potato Marketing Board - itself established as a preventative measure against unstable market conditions before the second world war, the Board was revived in 1955 - and packed full of recipes and dishes featuring potatoes (all rather traditional and homely perhaps by today's standards). Potato herbies, Potato Ranchero, Sea Burgers, Hot Potato Cakes, Berny Potatoes, etc. A rare survival from a period of food rationing (potato rationing in the UK ended in 1948).
