First edition, first printing. 104pp. In green cloth-covered boards, gilt titles to spine (cloth a little mottled around edges, sunned over spine, gently rubbed at corners and spine ends, upper text block edge dusty). An ex library copy with call number on spine and library labels on front endpapers, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. 8vo. Watkins, a Welsh poet and translator, was a close friend of fellow poet, Dylan Thomas, who described him as 'the most profound and greatly accomplished Welshman writing poems in English'.
