62pp, with monochrome plate frontispiece. In decorative trade binding, green cloth with illustrations. Slim 16mo. Boards are heavily worn, rubbed around edges, corners and spine, rippled and marked. Green endpapers are tanned, and a prize presentation plate has been partially removed from the front paste down. Some browning and mild spotting throughout; the frontispiece has mild stains at edges suggesting historic water damage. Binding is loosening, with the text block coming away from the casing. A collection of sweet stories for very young children. We would not normally offer a book in this condition but it is a hard to find title and may bring back childhood memories of reading or fill a gap in a collection until a better copy can be sourced and afforded.
