190pp. Green cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering to front and spine, top text block edge gilt. 12mo. Spine is sun-faded, bumped at both ends, cloth worn. Board corners rubbed, rounded and starting to fray, light wear along top and bottom edges. Text block tanned and lightly foxed. Hinges cracked at endpapers, gutter strained at pages 16-17. Endpapers lightly foxed. Internally, clean and bright barring the occasional spotting to page margins. Originally printed in the late 19th Century, this book is a Series of Papers on the Relationship of the Sexes.
