Volume II (of II) only. xii, 407-800pp (pagination continues from volume one), tissue-guarded frontispiece with numerous further black and white plate illustrations. Green cloth-covered boards, with gilt motif and gilt lettering on spine. 8vo. Corners and spine ends lightly rubbed and slight staining to the right edge of front cover. Some toning on endpapers but otherwise neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket rubbed around the edges, a little chipped at ends of a sunned spine.
