Undated but circa 1940. 134pp, colour plate frontispiece and numerous black and white illustrations and diagrams in text. Green cloth-boards with gilt motif on front panel and gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Fading around the top and outer edge of front board and spine, corners and spine ends lightly bumped and a small stain on the top text block edge, rubbed around edges. Moderate foxing on endpapers and a prize presentation plate on the front pastedown endpaper, strained gutter between pages 4 and 5, but otherwise internally clean, neat and bright.
