Undated (circa 1953). 128pp, 4pp full-colour plates. Red cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on spine; red endpapers. 4to. Mottling to covers, lightly bumped spine ends. Previous owner's name on front free endpaper. Internally very neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has light shelf wear, chipping to edges and spine ends. Very minor loss at corners. 1cm closed tear on bottom front; 2cm closed tears on top and bottom at rear. 1.5cm closed tear at spine end; not price clipped. Published to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. Nearly one hundred and fifty black and white photographs documenting coronation day events and full-length pictorial biography of her Majesty the Queen.
