Volume 3 only. viii, 392pp, black and white frontispiece, numerous in-text illustrations throughout. Red cloth-covered boards with black titles to front and spine. 12mo. Sun-faded and soiled spine, moderately rubbed spine ends; cloth fraying. Corners lightly rubbed, boards lightly soiled with slightly rubbed edges. Text block edges lightly tanned, starting to fox.
