Exhibition Catalogue issued by The Minories Gallery in Colchester, England to accompany the first Winston Churchill Exhibition held at the Minories Gallery from February to March 1966 (Churchill died in January 1965). 20pp illustrated stapled booklet in stiff card covers. 8vo. Covers a little faded and marked, gently rubbed at edges. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. The exhibition exposed Churchill not just as a politician and war leader but also as a soldier, writer and painter, drawing out the influence of both his father and John, the first Duke of Marlborough, on him. Most of the exhibits were lent by Baroness Spencer-Churchill and other members of the Churchill family, providing and personal and intimate view of the man so many knew as a public figure.
