First edition, second printing ('second impression, April 1964 on copyright page). 256pp. In publisher's black cloth-covered boards with silver titles on spine, gilt Japanese lettering on front panel. 12mo. Cloth very slightly rounded at spine tips. Upper text block edge mildly dust-stained, light flecking on other edges. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, lightly bumped at edges, a little faded especially over spine, one short tear of less than an inch from upper leading corner. Flaps corner clipped, but not price clipped. Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
