Blue cloth-covered boards; coloured illustration and titles on front; decoration and titles on spine, line drawn chapter headpieces, tailpieces and initial letters throughout. 12mo. Sun-faded spine, moderate wear to extremities. Top text block edge dusty, remaining edges tanned, starting to fox. Prelims moderately tanned and lightly foxed, hinges cracked and stretched. Gift inscription on front free endpaper (dated 1910). Internally pages are neat, clean and bright barring very occasional marks and spotting. Pages 193-196 are laid-in.
