Text block edges lightly foxed, endpapers tanning. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has moderate shelf wear, loss at spine ends, chipping and tears to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped. A readable study of some of the oddest survivors of the zoological past and an interesting chapter on mysterious creatures such as the Abominable Snowman and the sea-serpent.
