Neptune Library edition. 240pp, monochrome plate frontispiece and several further similar plate illustrations. In beige cloth-covered boards with blue lettering front and spine. 8vo. Cloth is a little worn, discoloured at edges and a little sunned over spine. Upper text block edge dust marked, all edges somewhat spotted. Hint of toning on endpapers, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A well-written narrative of a Grain Race voyage; the author was a deck hand on a windjammer.
