Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, moderately chapped on upper edge, a little rubbed on lower corners and spine base. Mackinlay Kantor (born Benjamin McKinlay Kantor), 1904-1977, was an American journalist, screenwriter and novelist, writing more than thirty novels, several set during the American Civil War. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction for his 1955 novel, Andersonville.
