First edition, first printing. x, 216pp, with occasional line drawings in text. In brown cloth-covered boards with beige titles front and spine. Signed and inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper, 'For Donnie, my 'old friend', with love from Barbara, March 1994, Vancouver'. A handwritten note from the author, regarding her health, on a plain postcard and a photo of the author loosely laid in. 8vo. Boards very slightly bruised at spine ends, else neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original dust jacket, lightly rubbed at edges, sunned over spine, torn on verso with significant central loss.
