viii, 80pp, many black and white photographic plates (inc. frontispiece). Light blue cloth-covered boards, black and silver decoration on front, silver titles on spine. 12mo. Boards very lightly worn and soiled. Spine worn, ends heavily rubbed, less than 2cm split at head. Edges worn, corners moderately rubbed. Light tanning on endpapers, gift inscription in pen on front free endpaper. Internally very neat, clean and tight. Foreword by the late Archbishop Lord Lang of Lambeth.
