viii, 264pp. Light blue cloth-covered boards, gilt and black illustration on front, gilt titles on spine. 12mo. Spine lightly sun-faded, ends lightly rubbed. Corners very lightly rubbed and rounded. Text block edges foxing, top edge water stained (does not affect text block). Endpapers very lightly tanned and foxed, front free endpaper lightly soiled. Internally very neat and tight. Dust jacket worn with heavy chipping at ends and some <2cm closed tears; have wear, creasing and chipping around top and bottom edge, chipping at corners, <2cm closed tear at top edge of rear cover, ring stain on front; not price clipped. Interior moderately foxed and lightly tanned. On the role of broadcasting in relation to our world-wide educational revolution of our times and how it can contribute to an informed democracy and the establishment of a common culture.
