xvii, 370pp, 49 black and white photographic plates (inc. frontispiece). Pale green cloth-covered boards, black titles on front and spine. 16mo. Boards moderately soiled, fading in bottom left corner of front cover, rear board cracked along top of rear cover. Spine heavily sun-faded, two small punctures in cloth, ends rubbed with some <2cm splits in cloth. Corners rounded and rubbed with cloth worn through in places. Text block edges tanning and lightly soiled, top edge dusty. Some very light soiling on endpapers and some rippling on rear pastedown. Internally very neat and tight.
