First edition, first printing. 206pp. Signed and dated (April 1988) by the author on the title page. In black cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth gently rounded at spine head. Some light toning to pages, else internally neat, clean and tight. In its original dust jacket, lightly bumped along upper edge. Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. Ronald Chetwynd-Hayes was a British author best know for his novels in the horror and ghost stories genres. He won the Bram Stoker Award for Life Time Achievement in 1988 and the British Fantasy Society Special Award in 1989.
