The first 12 issues of Interzone, the Journal for Imaginative Fiction, Science Fiction and Fantasy writing. Published quarterly, the first issue (Volume One, No. 1) was issued in Spring 1982 and the last in this set, No. 12, was issued in Summer 1985 Small folio. A heavy set which may incur an additional charge for overseas delivery. Very clean and bright, some of the volumes have some light edge wear to covers and occasional mild corner curls, and No. 12 has a mild crease on front cover. Each volume circa 50pp, in large format glossy, illustrated covers, stapled magazines. Each volume contains a selection of new writing and occasional illustrations. Volume One, for instance, has new stories by M John Harrison, Keith Roberts, Angela Carter, John Sladek and Michael Moorcock; other authors represented include J G Ballard; Thomas M Disch; Rachel Pollack; Josephine Saxton; Garry Kilworth; Richard Cowper; John Hendry; Philip K Dick; Chris Jones; Brian Aldiss; Michael Bishop, etc. Also occasional articles on genre fiction and features of leading artists and illustrators in the field.
