Blue cloth-covered boards, black and white illustration on front and spine, black titles on front, gilt titles on spine, tissue-guarded frontispiece, black endpapers. 12mo. Boards moderately worn and soiled. Spine lightly soiled and bumped. Spine ends and corners moderately rubbed. Text block edges tanning and lightly foxed. Filled in presentation plate on front pastedown (dated 1918). Occasional light foxing throughout volume, heavier foxing towards beginning and end of volume. Half-title page heavily tanned otherwise internally neat, clean and tight.
