162pp, plus 2pp addendum, with six plate illustrations, 40 maps, 56 drawings in text. In green cloth-covered boards, with gilt titles on spine. 12mo. Cloth is a little faded, very gently rubbed and rounded at corners, titles on spine dull. Some spotting on text block edges and occasionally and faintly on endpapers and prelims. In its original dust jacket, worn and torn, faded at edges, creased on verso, with portion missing, and section taken from flap inserted into front panel. Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
