Undated (circa 1880s). viii, 254pp, [2]pp advertisements. Red cloth-covered boards; black embossed design on front, blind-embossed design on rear, gilt titles on spine, bevelled edges; yellow endpapers. 12mo. Rubbed and fraying spine ends and corners. Top text block edge dusty, fore and bottom edges foxing and tanning. Previous owner's name, evidence of previous protective cover on pastedowns. Gutters cracked and stretched, volume loose. Internally neat, clean, bright, but foxing at prelims.
