Undated but circa 1975. xiv, 176pp, xv-xxxviii, copiously illustrated with line drawings, sketches, maps, charts etc.. In green rexine covered boards with gilt titles. 12mo. Neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original dust jacket, just a little bumped at edges, slightly faded over spine. One of A Wainwright's famous guides to walking, largely reproduced from his original manuscripts and notes, a guide to enable walkers to follow the Pennine Way without putting a foot wrong.
