Undated. xii, 256pp, 16pp publisher's ads, sixteen black and white plates (inc. frontispiece). Red cloth-covered boards; blind-embossed borders on front, gilt titles on front and spine; top text block edge gilt, fore edge untrimmed. 8vo. Sun-faded spine; rubbed spine ends, cloth fraying; cloth torn at spine head and rear joint. Fore and bottom text block edges tanning. Free endpapers starting to tan. Gutters strained in places, volume quite loose. Pages 253-256 were uncut, poorly separated and margins damaged. Internally neat, clean and bright; barring occasional foxing throughout.
