256pp. In brown cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. text block edges speckled. 16mo. Cloth is faded, especially over spine, rubbed at edges and rounded on corners. Armorial bookplate of John Rolt of Ozleworth (former Attorney General, 1804-1871) on front paste down endpaper. Previous owner's name neatly inked on front paste down, and a couple of small pencil markings, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
