First edition, first printing. 176pp, with occasional small line drawings in text. Bound in yellow cloth with brown lettering on spine. 12mo. Boards a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Slightly foxed on text block edges and endpapers. Gift inscription inked on front free endpaper. In its original illustrated dust jacket, rubbed and chipped at edges, creased and closed tears with minor loss at spine ends and from rear upper edge, nick in front panel near spine. Dust jacket now protected in a Brodart-style sleeve, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. Hard to find title.
