Five volumes, circa 30pp each, with delightful colour illustrations throughout. Each one signed and inscribed by the author inside the rear cover: 'Best Wishes, Dave Benn, October 2018'. In stiff card, illustrated covers (very slightly rubbed on edges, small scuff near head of spine). Neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. 16mo, oblong format. Delightful stories of a Morris Minor called Woody, and his fellow Morris Minors. Dave Benn was the proud owner of all five types of Morris Minor over the years, and a life-long enthusiast. As with many owners of such classic cars, he experienced a tremendous affection that grew with these little cars. In some cases, this affection was strong that the cars were given names by his family and treated as one of them. He decided to share his joy by writing a series of children's stories, featuring various Morris Minor models and their adventures, each brilliantly illustrated by John Izod.
