First edition, first impression. 144pp. In green cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on spine. 8vo Boards rubbed and faded at edges, mottled from old water damage over front and rear panels, colour bled to rear of dust jacket. Top text block edge a tad darkened. Previous owner's name pencilled on front free endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, rubbed at edges, nicks on corners and spine ends, a little toned on rear panel, shelf worn. A short comic novel set during the Second World War.
